Payment

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by check should be made payable to KYC News Inc.

Payment includes the cost of continental breakfast, luncheon and refreshments, and the conference documentation and materials submitted by the speakers.

Cancellations & Refunds

In order to receive a prompt refund, your notice of cancellation must be received in writing (by letter or fax only) 15 working days before the conference, October 24, 2005. We regret that cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company at any time. If you plan to send someone in your place, please notify us as soon as possible so that materials can be prepared. All cancellations are subject to a USD 195 processing fee. If KYC News cancels the event, KYC News is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.

If you are unable to attend the conference and are purchasing conference papers, they will be delivered to you approximately 28 working days after the event has taken place provided that your payment has been received.
