Spiegel: German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble is battling domestic opposition to rescue a planned tax treaty with Switzerland that could mean billions in additional revenues for Germany. Meanwhile, many tax evaders are moving their money from Switzerland to Singapore and Shanghai.
