| David Marchant,

will address the audience of Shorex '98 The International Money Show
in London on 20 October 1998. An investigative offshore business
journalist, David Marchant was
expelled from Bermuda in 1996 for exposing sharp practices and
incompetence. He is also due to stand trial in Florida next year
where he will defend a $30 million libel lawsuit brought by Marc
Harris - an American offshore provider based in Panama - whom he
exposed at Shorex '97. At Shorex '98 he will tell the audience how
they can avoid being swindled by offshore financial services
