Offshore Alert, a publication of
KYC News, Inc., that tracks
scams and frauds worldwide. That company is based in Miami, the same
place as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of
Florida, which issued the order. The judge was identified as
Magistrate Judge Brown with no first name. |
