FYI, OffshoreAlert is scheduled to depose Roland Frank Bleyer, a.k.a. Roland Husner, in Miami on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 as part of the libel action that he filed against me and my company at Miami-Dade Circuit Court.

Bleyer has alleged he was libeled in messages posted by others on this Message Board and in one posted by me in which I described his activities as "dubious", which Bleyer claims is libelous.

Among other things, we will be asking him about several judgments entered against him and his companies, many criminal and civil actions that have been brought against him over the years at various regional and federal courts, why he uses two names, and, of course, questioning about his business activities.
