OffshoreAlert has come a long way since it was launched in 1997 as a monthly newsletter that was distributed via Cable & Wireless' unreliable broadcast fax service that we connected to by dial-up modem from a tiny cubicle in a Miami office building.

The launch of our vastly-improved web-site marks a new phase in the company's history.

The most visible change can be seen in the site’s overall look and feel, with a new OffshoreAlert brand and a cleaner, easier-to-navigate design that offers improved ways to discover the 25,000-plus articles and documents that are now available on OffshoreAlert.com.

Our focus remains the same as it was 14 years ago, i.e. provide subscribers with credible information about Offshore Financial Centers and those who conduct business in them so that they can make better-informed decisions.

However, our new site includes more tools to make that happen more effectively at a lower price.

Highlights & New Features

Daily News & Documents
Daily News & Documents
The most significant improvement is that, as of today, OffshoreAlert is a daily provider of articles and documents, publishing news as and when it happens from our web-site.

The Largest Searchable Database of Offshore Information
Access in-depth investigations, court listings in Bermuda, BVI and Cayman, and requests for judicial assistance regarding ongoing international criminal investigations in OFCs, Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Australasia.

All-In-One Searchable Database
The introduction of a site-wide search engine with on-the-fly categorization & automatic key entity extraction to quickly navigate through search results is, perhaps, the most significant enhancement for those looking to conduct financial due diligence.

Target Content by Interest
For those interested in breaking news, we have introduced several organizational features that allow you to view news by date and category and be alerted automatically by email whenever anything is entered into our database that matches your monitoring criteria.

Blogs by Industry Leaders
We have invited – and will continue to invite – guest bloggers who, in OffshoreAlert’s opinion, are accomplished in their respective areas of business to blog about matters affecting international finance, including offshore products and services, investigations and intelligence, and political and tax issues.

Customized E-Mail Alerts
OffshoreAlert now offers the ability to create customized alerts by email the moment we publish. You now control the type of information that you would like to receive by email.

The NEW OffshoreAlert is a result of the feedback that we received from many of you over the years.

We look forward to your continued feedback and the opportunity to introduce new features and content that will enhance your overall experience on OffshoreAlert.com.

Thank you! It was the candid feedback from many of you over the years that served as the foundation for much of the improvements that you now see in the new site. It has been an extremely rewarding experience to finally see the results of those conversations fully realized and to be part of such a holistic process. The development of OffshoreAlert will continue to be collaborative and I encourage your continued participation in this ongoing dialog.
