We've been hard at work on next year's OffshoreAlert Conference, which will be our 10-Year Anniversary and best event yet!
Taking place on April 29 – May 1, 2012 at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, the theme for the 10th Annual OffshoreAlert Conference is 'All Offshore, All the Time' and will include three tracks tailored for the following groups:

- Buyers of offshore products and services
- Investigators of offshore products and services

Providers of offshore products and services
These sessions will deal with pending legislation and political initiatives in major countries that could impact offshore jurisdictions and practitioners, e.g. tax and law enforcement issues; significant criminal and civil investigations affecting OFCs, important recent court rulings and their wider impact, and any other material issues affecting OFCs and those who work in them.
This educational track is ideal for:
- Individuals and businesses based in offshore jurisdictions, e.g. bankers, financial services providers, corporate service providers, fund administrators, attorneys, insurance officers, compliance officers and regulators
Buyers of offshore products and services
These sessions will explain offshore products and services, who they are intended for, what they are designed to do, their legality, relevant existing and pending legislation, political initiatives and considerations, tax issues, trends, differences in jurisdictions and more.
This educational track is ideal for:
- Offshore consultants and advisors based in the USA and other major countries, e.g. tax accountants and attorneys who advise High Net Worth Individuals and major corporations in the USA and big countries on offshore structures.
- Fortune 500 companies in the USA, major corporations in other big countries, with an emphasis on Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Russia, Germany, France and Scandinavian countries

Investigators of offshore products and services
These sessions will deal with fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation issues, legal gateways for obtaining evidence, what information on corporations, members, officers and directors is available in each jurisdiction and how to obtain it.
This educational track is ideal for:
- Anyone involved in international bankruptcies, insolvencies, liquidations, litigation and investigations, such as fraud and asset recovery attorneys, liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, private investigators and forensic accountants.
