The last phase of the 1999 settlement between the liquidators of Bermuda Fire & Marine Insurance Limited and BF&M Ltd., which was fraudulently spun off from it, has begun.
Part of the $60 million agreement to settle litigation at Bermuda Supreme Court included Bermuda Fire & Marine receiving options to buy shares in BF&M.
