Does anyone know anything about Frank?

I'm from the UK, he's from Toronto. My wife and I met him in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

He was buying artesian mined gold and getting it refined and adding value in the process. We 'invested' with him (6 months) of hard earned money.

He was ill and returned to Toronto for medical treatment, apparently leaving the batch of gold in Dubai. He subsequently had more medical issues then unfortunately died on 2nd December 2014.

His family are unresponsive to all attempts to contact them. If he was an honest man then I wouldn't expect this. So know I am reflecting that I was scammed.

Are there other investors with Frank out there?

Any information on Frank or ideas for this situation would be appreciated.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
