AEGIS sued over policy coverage

A United States-based insurer has asked a court to issue a ruling concerning the extent of a Bermuda firm’s coverage under a policy issued to a gas company.RSUI Indemnity Company, incorporated in Delaware, based in the state of Georgia, filed a complaint for declaratory relief against Associated Electrical and Gas Insurance Services Limited, incorporated in Bermuda, based in New Jersey, at the U. S. District Court for the District of Arizona on September 23, 2005.
