African lender seeks to collect on $59M award against Ghana’s John Taylor in Bermuda, Italy & Malta

South Africa's Vantage Mezzanine Fund has applied for evidence from banks in the United States for use in legal proceedings in Bermuda, Italy and Malta to collect on a $59 million arbitration award against Ghanaian businessman John E. Taylor, who is Executive Chairman of Internet service provider Surfline Communications.
