    Nevis-based insurer Condor Insurance Limited is being sued yet again, this time by a Hawaii-based development group that claims to have been cheated out of $491,464.
    The latest lawsuit against the insurers was filed by Signature Homes of Hawaii LLC and Signature Development of Hawaii LLC, both incorporated and based in Hawaii, at the U. S. District Court for the District of Hawaii on December 13, 2006.
