Ganesha Industries Pension Plan, described as a New York-based “trust recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service”; Adam LaRosa, of New Jersey; Jerome L’Hote, of New York; FGC Securities LLC, of New York, and Stephen Wheeler, of New Jersey, at the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
