    A New York-based risk management consultant is seeking more than $1 million in a lawsuit against a Bermuda-based hedge fund manager and its affiliates.
    Emcor Securities Inc., which is registered with the SEC as a Broker/Dealer and is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, filed its lawsuit at New York State Supreme Court, for the County of New York on December 22, 2004.
