S. District Court for the District of Nevada on May 4, 2006. Co-plaintiffs are Lexington Insurance Company, incorporated in Delaware, based in Boston, Massachusetts; and Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company, incorporated in Georgia, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
