A British Virgin Islands company that is managed by a Bermuda entity is seeking damages of at least $1.5 million from a Cayman Islands fund and related parties for alleged fraud and securities violations.
Details are contained in a civil complaint that was filed at the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on January 23, 2007.
