BVI regulator takes insurance manager to court in AML dispute over PEPs

An administrative regulatory dispute between Harneys Insurance Management Services Limited and the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission over the former’s alleged failure to treat clients as Politically Exposed Persons has moved to the BVI High Court.
