Alex is a Partner with Sedgwick Chudleigh in Bermuda. He has a wide-ranging commercial litigation and arbitration practice, with a focus on Bermuda and offshore-related disputes in the fields of banking, financial services, investment funds, insurance and reinsurance, professional negligence, company law, trusts and contentious insolvency.
Alex has appeared as counsel in some of the leading reported cases in Bermuda, including Phoenix Global and Phoenix Capital v Citigroup & Bank of Bermuda, Re Stewardship Credit Arbitrage Fund Ltd, Re Kingate Management Limited, Re A Trust, and The Corporation of Hamilton v The Ombudsman for Bermuda.
