Andrew Wicks 

Co-Founder, Calligo (Jersey)

Andrew co-founded Calligo in 2012 and is responsible for the contracts and commercial arrangements that underpin Calligo’s service offerings, and is also responsible for Calligo’s partner programme. His role includes researching products that can be added to Calligo’s SaaS offering, supporting existing partners and helping new partners on-board.

Andrew has over 30 years of experience of delivering innovative IT solutions to businesses. Following a successful career in Sales, Professional Services and Operational roles for several leading IT suppliers, he was offered the opportunity of a career change and became Head of IT for Kent Reliance Building Society. During his time with the Society he was also a director of their subsidiary, Jersey Home Loans.

Following his move to Jersey nine years ago, Andrew joined Mourant as IT Operations Manager before moving to Kleinwort Benson as Head of IT. Whilst there he was responsible for centralising and rationalising their IT infrastructure using virtualisation as an enabler to improve service delivery, reduce costs and close several data centres.

Andrew is a graduate of Durham University and has a MBA from the Open Business School.
