A whistleblowing super-panel comprising the heads of the whistleblower divisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service will form part of next month's OffshoreAlert Conference
The SEC's Jane Norberg
, the CFTC's Christopher Ehrman
and the IRS's Lee Martin
will join whistleblowers' attorney Eric Havian for a panel entitled 'Enriching Domestic & Foreign Whistleblowers: The Growth & Spreading Reach Of US Programs'.
The panel will, among other things, look at the growing number of submissions from whistleblowers outside the United States.
The OffshoreAlert Conference
on financial intelligence and investigations offers a neutral forum where senior financial industry participants from both the onshore and offshore sectors can meet to discuss important and emerging issues in a number of areas of high-value international finance, including value recovery, investigations, litigation funding, whistleblowing, money-making, and offshore development (which will look at viable ways to develop OFCs in the modern era).
The event, which comprises 31 sessions and three cocktail receptions, will take place at the ocean-side Miami Beach EDITION hotel on April 15-17.
Prices are going up next week for the last time. Make sure you get your ticket by Friday the 16th to save $300 on Private Sector Tickets.
