Offshore Insurance Schemes: Are Insureds Cheating The Government Or Are Insurers Cheating Insureds?
This session presents an overview of offshore tax shelters and other schemes involving insurance arrangements, IRS actions against those programs, and how their clients have fared in criminal, tax and civil litigation. Department of Justice and civil litigators alike.
