Channel Islands Securities Exchange chairman to speak at OffshoreAlert Conference

The Chairman of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange has joined the list of speakers for next week's OffshoreAlert Conference in London.

Jon Moulton will speak on a session entitled 'Offshore Stock Exchanges: Who Uses Them & What For?', which will look at the pros and cons of listing on niche stock exchanges.

Jon will be joined by Deborah Poole, of Appleby (London) and Joe Truelove, of Carey Group (Guernsey).

It is one of 18 sessions on the theme of 'Financial Intelligence and Investigations' that form The 3rd Annual OffshoreAlert European Conference.

The event will help attendees to better understand what is taking place in the world of international finance so that they can better assess business opportunities, reduce their risk of becoming a victim of financial crime and, if that has already happened, learn how to go about recovering assets.

Other speakers at the event include senior representatives of the Financial Intelligence Units of Cayman, Guernsey, & Liechtenstein; the retired IRS Agent who headed the tax evasion investigation into foreign banks; the FBI Agent who investigated 'Wolf of Wall Street' Jordan Belfort, asset recovery attorneys from the BVI, Canada, London, Ukraine, and USA, and OffshoreAlert's editor.

The OffshoreAlert Conference Europe will take place at The Bloomsbury Hotel, in London, on November 10-11, 2014. Details can be found at
