The 16th Annual OffshoreAlert North American Conference on Financial Intelligence & Investigations will take place on April 15-17, 2018 at The Miami Beach EDITION in Miami Beach, Florida USA.

Ticket Fees & Discounts
The standard fee to attending OffshoreAlert’s Conference is outlined on the Registration form. This includes the cocktail receptions, luncheon and refreshments, entrance to all sessions & the exhibitor hall, access to the mobile app, and certificate of attendance on request. You may enclose payment with your online registration or we will send an invoice upon request. Payment is due upon receipt for promotional rates. If registering within 30 days of the event, payment is due immediately. Payments can be made by check, wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please make all checks payable to “KYC News, Inc.” and write the name of the delegate(s) on the face of the check. If payment has not been received prior to registration the morning of the conference, a credit card hold will be required. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions and your booking will be taken as acceptance of these.
Discounts are available for two or more bookings from one company booked together as a group. Government Rates not applicable.

Government / Public Sector Discounts
OffshoreAlert offers reduced rates of $1295 to individuals who are employed by any government agency or body.
OffshoreAlert offers various built-in discounts that are date-based and quantity-based. The earlier you register, the bigger the discount. These rates are quoted on the registration form and payment is due upon receipt.
Discounts can only be applied at the time of registration. All discounts are subject to approval. Promotional and Group discounts are not stackable and can not be combined.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY: Program registrants who are unable to afford continuing legal education program course registration fees due to financial hardship may petition for registration fee waivers or discounted program fees. A petition for a reduced fee shall be filed at the same time the attorney pre-registers for the program, and state why the normal fee associated with the program causes the lawyers financial hardship. The petition must be signed by the lawyer. OffshoreAlert may waive or reduce the fee for the CLE program at his or her discretion. For cancellations received in writing prior to 1 March 2018 a refund will be made of any ticket fee paid by the attendee less a 10% administration charge. Cancellations received after 1 March 2018 will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of their booking. Cancellations received after 1 April 2018 will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking. In the case of a group booking of two, should a delegate/s cancel, OffshoreAlert reserves the right to charge the difference between the group rate and standard rates. If an attendee fails to attend (without prior written cancellation) no refund will be offered.
If OffshoreAlert cancels the event, OffshoreAlert is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Speakers and sessions are subject to change without notice.
Substitution of one attendee for another will be accepted without charge at any time but must be supported by a fully completed Registration Form. Please notify OffshoreAlert by emailing email@example.com as early as possible if this is the case.
Continuing Education Credits
Participants can earn Continuing Professional/Legal Education (CPE/CLE) credits by attending The OffshoreAlert Conference. In the past we have provided CLE, CPE and CPD credit hours to our conference attendees for the following states: Florida, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Alabama and Kansas.
The OffshoreAlert Conference is presented at an advanced level. The material presented at this conference is most useful for seasoned professionals or individuals with specialized knowledge in the subject matter presented. We do not require any prerequisites or advanced preparation to attend the conference. The conference is presented in a group-live setting where you may earn on average of 22 CPE credits and 17 CLE credits.
We will direct anyone who requests continuing education credits after 15 March 2018 to self apply. While we will make every effort to obtain all credits requested, any credits not requested prior to the conference cannot be guaranteed.
