COVID-19 Update: OffshoreAlert Miami 2020/Global Virtual Conference

By OffshoreAlert

We hope this message finds you, your family and colleagues healthy and safe. In light of the COVID-19 health crisis, and to prioritize the well-being and safety of our attendees, we’ve cancelled this year’s OffshoreAlert Miami Conference. We’ve also cancelled our Brazil and London 2020 conferences.

For the first time in our 18 years, OffshoreAlert will not host an in-person conference in 2020. Instead, we are creating an innovative, interactive global virtual conference that will take place online over five days, on December 7th – 11th, 2020.

Using a sophisticated platform, OffshoreAlert Virtual 2020 will have live and on-demand video sessions, roundtables, face-to-face networking, virtual booths at which firms can show videos, distribute brochures, schedule appointments, and interact face-to-face with attendees, and a host of other features. I expect this event to be considerably bigger than our in-person conferences, with the potential for thousands of attendees from around the world.

We look upon this as an opportunity to do something new, be creative, and expand. Being online allows us to invite more people to be part of the OffshoreAlert community. With travel costs eliminated, we can reach attendees all around the globe. It’s a new world of possibilities that we are very excited about.

Further details of OffshoreAlert Virtual 2020, including the agenda and speakers, will be announced in the coming weeks. I expect it to be our biggest-ever and most exciting conference.

We are excited about the future and to welcome you all online in December!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

~ David

The OffshoreAlert Conference takes a holistic approach to financial crime.
