This session will look at the growing problem of domain name thefts, with fraudsters often using offshore jurisdictions in an attempt to keep what they have stolen.

This session will look at examples of domain names that have been stolen, including sex.com, P2P.com, ramshackleglam.com, and mla.com, and discuss what steps can be taken to recover stolen domains, obtain damages, and protect against future thefts.
