    Former Bahamas resident Eric Resteiner has been accused of defrauding at least 50 people of $22 million in a civil lawsuit filed at the United States by the Securities & Exchange Commission.
    Many of the alleged victims were members of the Christian Science Church, according to a lawsuit filed at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts on April 16, 2001.
