April 14-16, 2024

One of the things we love most about our event is its diversity. It's not just attorneys, insolvency practitioners, investigators, or this group or that one. Instead, we have an eclectic mix of senior private and public sector professionals across a broad spectrum within high-value international finance.
Crypto again dominated our agenda, as it did last year, reflecting the undeniable fact that it's where most of the 'action' seems to be these days and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. Given that hundreds of billions of dollars has gone into it, it's imperative to fully understand crypto in order to maximize your opportunities and limit your downside, whether you're contemplating an investment, investigating a problem, or trying to recover value.
Miami is attempting to position itself as the world's crypto capital and, on that front, we were pleased to have as a keynote speaker the person who is spearheading that effort - Miami Mayor Francis Suarez.
But there were plenty of sessions on other topics, including the phenomenon that is ChatGPT, a brave woman going undercover to infiltrate an extreme cult, the continuing problems associated with Russia, and disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein, to name a few.
Our event will feature a variety of informative sessions, as well as cocktail receptions, satellite parties, and extended networking breaks. We are confident that these opportunities for connection will facilitate the development of meaningful contacts and fruitful business relationships.
Whether you're analyzing risk, evaluating opportunity, investigating entities, resolving disputes, seeking funding, or recovering value, our event is for you.
We can't wait to see you there!
