Does any one have info on this group? The are located in both Tijuana and San Diego. I received a package of info on a high yield CD program from their managing director, Dr. Mitchell Holland.

Legitimate high yield CDs (that I would define as anything 'promising' at least ten per cent per annum) do not exist. They are all scams.

You don't need to know anything about the people offering them. All you need to know is the rate being 'guaranteed' to make up your mind whether it is legitimate or not.
