Monday August 20,2000. Yank Barry covicted by jury in Texas of all counts(money laundering, bribery etc.). Could face jail time of up to 70 years. Full storey in Houston Chronicle.

I just bought a 'day pass' for the Houston Chronicle site but I don't want to breach their copyright by reprinting without their permission or compensation.

Muhammad Ali turned up at court to give support to Barry but the jury took just over an hour to determine that Barry and former prison Chief Andy Collins were guilty.
