... but just to recover fees paid to it by Lancer at this stage. Another in the series of fraudulent transfer & unjust enrichment suits he filed against apparently everybody who got any kind of payment from Lancer.

Case # 05-60055 in sth Florida. Complaint filed Jan 11.
