Of course, I assume that all the negative information about you is correct David. Do I get the $100,000 reward if I call the police and tell them to stop by your office (which is listed on your website) to pick you up? I was also just wondering, do they mean "Grenada" when they say "Granada" and "GoldHaven" when they say "GoldHeaven"?

I need to go back through my old issues, but weren't these poor spellers closed down awhile ago?

If you want a first-hand look at the dishonest nature of Banakor Swisse, first go to http://www.altassets.com/casefor/countries/2004/nz6068.php, where you will see a report on China that was prepared by the Zero2IPO Venture Capital Research Center, and then go to Banakor's site at http://banakorgroup.com/venture_capital_banakor/banakor_venture_capital_china.php, where you will see the same report, minus all references to Zero2IPO Venture Capital Research Center. Banakor is passing the report off as its own and has even slapped a copyright notice on it at the bottom of the page.

Another example can be found by going to http://www.altassets.net/features/arc/2002/nz850.php and then seeing this work re-produced, minus all references to the author, Hamish Mair, at http://banakorgroup.com/banakor_news_updates/banakor_2006_q2_report.php, where it is being passed off as a Banakor report.

... go to http://banakorgroup.com/banakor_news_updates/index.php

Giuseppe Joseph Castiglione, a twice convicted fraudster (once in Canada and once in the U.S.) who is currently serving a 12-year director's ban in the U. K. for perpetrating a securities fraud, has become the latest crook to set up an anti-OffshoreAlert web-site.

I was most surprised to learn that I have been "deported from several countries for the same frivolous reporting", that there are "numerous Court Judgments" against me, and that I "associate with arms dealers".

By way of background, Banakor Swisse was first exposed by OffshoreAlert in October, 2004 and there have been several follow-up articles, including one this month. When I was receiving death threats last year, the caller made it clear to me that they were being made on behalf of Banakor Swisse.

Banakor Swisse forms shell companies in offshore centers, particularly the Bahamas, and then sells securities in these businesses to the public on the basis that they are legitimate when, in fact, they are sham operations.

O K. So it is 11/21/2009 and what is going on with Banakor, Joseph Castiglione and A Taste Above S.A. and in Canada? I have news that China Holdings are trying to buy the stock. J. O.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
