To answer your question Hunter. NO is the simple answer. I was never an intermediary for Seaforth Meridian. I spoke with Alain Assemi, who described what he was doing. I had lawyers in DC check out the integrity of Seaforth and as to whether or not they were a properly registered company for investment purposes. Once that was cleared, clients spoke directly with Assemi and satisfied them selves as to the bona fide of what they discussed and move forward of their own valition. As I am a European resident, am licenced to introduce parties to all means of investments, I am not governed by SEC regulations, unless I transact business in the US. In such circumstances I use the offices of my DC lawyers who ensure that no such laws are broken. I have issued a challenge to the administrator of Diligizerii board to prove this latest claim, because I will hunt them down and close them. Weak part is that I closed him down early in his short life. Once I attack the EZboard governors again he will be closed and this time permanently.

One thing you will find hunter, that there is no cases no investigations into Frank Clarke, Mazamet whoever, I do not hide under false names and have always been an open book on this or any other forum. So the challenge still exists Healy, put up or shut up, because this time you will not make a deal with the authorities to escape a well deserved holiday.

Blackbin et al who posted the original is none other than our old friend Peter Healy. Many thanks Peter one of the best introductions you ever gave me. Probably the only one that was genuine. remember your link to UPE and Pedrini, Gestivalor in geneva, your two gentlement in Frankfurt who claimed they had the sole rights to the Holy Grail,

You posted on Diligizerii board and your actions to bank me prove beyond doubt that you now control that board same as you did Diligizer. Like i challenged you on Dii board, prove your claim against the SEC, because I have forwarded them your posts and am coming hard after u Peter. Sorry do not know which of your ice hockey friends names you are using now. I have no hestitation in defending Assemi and Seaforth, clients I introduced have made money, not the holy grail type you claim you had, but good sensiible money. And believe me should that not have happened I would not have been so forceful in my defence of Assemi. My bottom line is wait and see. It is all pure speculation as to what the judge will rule. Finally, consider why the Judge had to excuse himself from the trial. I know the real reasons, but you peter as always just guessing. Back to your new board, enticing more victims for your scams of trying to recover funds with your large upfront fee requirements. Hope u dont choke on your cigar in florida, the net is closing fast.

By: Throwing rocks at Frank (wise/or not) and intermediary??

Throwing rocks at Frank may/or may not be a wise thing. He can throw back some big rocks and I don't think that Paul Renner/Diligizer protection umbrella exists at this board. And while Frank has made no secret of his support for Seaforth and Assemi, I'm not sure anything has been posted or there are any court records/public records that indicate he has done more than defend Seaforth and Assemi. Are there any court filings or documents that indicate Frank was a broker/intermediary for Seaforth??

Thanks.

Interesting documents at Receivers Site and ALAF on Capital Enhancement Club, Seaforth Meridian, Alain Assemi, Meriton, and others.

Link to thread at Alabama Against Fruad (ALAF)

Today or within next few days will try to get up additional information on Alain Assemi from old posts and documents at Diligizer. Those are ones I definitely saved.

Info posted from the Receiver site is accurate

HOWEVER, huntershelper has neglected to inform her readers that Seaforth is NOT listed as a defendant or as relief defendant in the case pending and that Seaforth is a non interested third party. This can be confirmed by anyone who so desires, direct from the SEC and to cite Seaforth as a defendant, or to post in manner that would appear to make Seaforth appear as a defendant, or involved with case against those named on the document, is a clear mis-representation of the truth.

Seaforth is in fact assisting the SEC to secure the release of funds fully protected through Citigroup and their recommended parties.

COPY OF YOUR POST FOR REFERENCE

MY REPLY - ALL CAPS

SORRY, BUT YOU APPEAR TO BE CHALLENGED IN THE READING DEPARTMENT.

FROM THREAD AT ALAF IS SEC LITIGATION RELEASE WHICH SHOULD HELP YOU DETERMINE DEFENDANTS

SEC LITIGATION RELEASE

OK, I CAN UNDERSTAND IF THAT WENT RIGHT BY YOU SO TRY THE LINK TO COMPLAINT. IT IS RIGHT THERE IN THREAD AT ALAF BOARD. AND SINCE YOU SEEM CHALLENGED IN THE READING DEPARTMENT THEN I GUESS I'D BETTER ADD THESE POINTERS ON HOW TO VIEW COMPLAINT. FOLKS CALL IT "POINT AND CLICK". PUT YOUR MOUSE CURSOR RIGHT OVER BLUE PART AND PUSH DOWN LEFT MOUSE BUTTON. THAT OUGHT TO GET YOU TO COMPLAINT. PRETTY NEAT AIN'T IT.

NOW THAT WE'VE CLEARED UP DEFENDANTS FOR YOU, HOW ABOUT PROVIDING LINK TO DOCUMENT THAT INDICATES SEAFORTH IS COOPERATING. I'VE CHECK DOCUMENTS AT RECEIVER SITE AND SOME OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO CASE BUT NOT ALL. THE ONES I CHECKED DON'T GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT SEAFORTH IS/WAS COOPERATING. IT DOES APPEAR THAT THE RECEIVER AND SEAFORTH REACHED A SETTLEMENT BUT I DON'T THINK THE DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECEIVER SITE OR FROM COURT DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE THROUGH PACER. SEE THREAD AT ALAF BOARD WITH REFERENCE TO DOCUMENT 186.

Reply Who is Roger Kipfer -- Elfort Company S.A.???
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since you seem to know something about Seaforth and their level of cooperation (or lack of cooperation), do you know anything about Roger Kipfer. His name appears in the Seaforth/Meriton Agreement and in the A.B. Watley case (see thread at ALAF board). In the A.B. Watley case, Kipfer is associated with Elfort Company S.A. which uses same contact information as Meriton. Would you know anything about the activities of Elfort Company S.A.?

Thanks,
Hunter

On another board which is patently obvious that Huntershelper controls judging by the amount of posts there and her her continuous efforts to attract other posters with her links, she has attempted to raise old matters which are dead. perhaps you should post this as a postscript to your muck racking re Assemi

In the United states District court
Southern District of New York

case number 04 CV 7366 (RMB)(FM)

Dover Limited
and WENDY SUI CHENG YAP
(PLAINTIFFS)

vs

A.B. WATLEY INC., A.B. WATLEY GROUP INC.,A.B. WATELY DIRECT INC., ROBERT MALIN, KEITH SORRENTINO, JOHN COAKLEY, ELFORST COMPANY S.A., ALAIN ASSEMI, AND JOHN J AMORE(A/K/A ''JAY'' AMORE)
(defendants)

Notice of voluntary dismissal

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fed. R. CIV. P.41(a)(1)(i), Plaintiffs hereby voluntarily dismiss all claims against defendant ELFORT HOLDINGS S.A., WITHOUT PREJUDICE in the above-captioned action

dated march 25th 2005 and respectfully submitted by the law offices of Thomas Mullaney lawyer for the Plaintiffs with offices located at &08 Third Avenue suite 2500, New York New York 10017.

Also attached to these documents is certificate of service informing Elfort S.A. of the voluntary dismissal and a Certificate of service informing Mr Alain Assemi of voluntary dismissal of service.

All documents are signed by Thomas Mullaney lawyer for the Plaintiff.

I can confirm that I am in possession of the official court document above, which has been sent to me by efax, and sadly I am unable to copy here (not as clear as you huntershelper)

You Ask, my involvement with Assemi and Seaforth, I have been a client since November of 2004 and one of the group of 63 you mention. I have continuously been paid by this group and it is only since the action that has been taken against CEC that payment has been suspended. Kansas district court have been more that helpful in writing to us as investors, explaining that Seaforth are not a Defendent, not a relief defendent, indeed not under any investigation by the the complainant in this matter. We have also received notification from the Finance institution involved, that our funds are secure and that once Seaforth has completed its obligation at the request of the Court, that payments will resume.

We as investors have also been made aware that the principal protaganist in this matter is CEC, into whom the investigation is being held with regard to the misue of funds which CEC invested with Seaforth and which formulated part of the Hedge funds which you have correctly identified in your post.

So from an investor on the inside, there is no concern with regard to Seaforth or Mr Assemi, indeed we find both honest to the point of being boring.

So may I ask what is your involvement, as a PI, an Investor or just another shark trying to destroy something that works.

I have also directed the Kansas Court to the recent post of whatdoyouknow, which clearly attempts to indicate Seaforth as a defendant. The court have taken a copy of this and will refer to the administrator with regard to the contents and as to where this document has originated. The court is in the process of writing to my lawyers with regard to this matter to re-assure me, as an investor that Seaforth are not a defendant, and once received, a copy will gladly be posted. So perhaps The Court Reporter, sorry whatdoyouknow, got it wrong,

With regard to the other gentleman of which you enquired, I hold no knowledge, He has not been party to any paperwork or discussions with regard to the investment into which I and others are committed. Other than the 3 directors of Seaforth which you have correctly identified, we have not been made aware of the existence of others.

As Investors we were fully aware of the hedge funds which were clearly identified and are aware of risk involved with such investments. All was very clear within the documentation.

I am in possession of fully audited accounts from Seaforth reflecting payments made to the end of their First financial year August 2004 - June 2005. I have not published because i am unsure of the copyright laws, infringement laws and laws pertaining to being accused of solicitation.

So Huntershelper perhaps your real target should be CEC who appear to be the ones who have misused their clients monies and perhaps have not onward made the profits as paid to them by Seaforth.

To imply that the FACTS make it look like muck for Assemi. He might not like that.

Your opinion of muck racking aside, I take it you don't have information from Receiver site or Court Documents that show where Seaforth is cooperating? Like I posted yesterday, the documents I've seen give a completely different impression of Seaforth but I haven't read them all.

For your information, I've already posted information on the ABW case at the ALAF board. In fact, it is one of the court documents from that case where there was a letter to Wendy Yap from Assemi on Elfort Company letterhead. Officer and Managing Director of Elfort Company is/was Roger Kipfer.

dear finrisk,

The reality is that the civil case will run its course through to judgements and fines, and then, depending on the civil case outcomes, will very likely come the criminal indictments, and there will be. The matters will play out over time, and so it shall be. But for anybody to say this or that at this stage of the proceedings is shortsighted.

No, you didn't push a wrong button. You are the one getting your buttons pushed. Wasn't sure why until you posted you were a Seaforth Investor. Makes sense that you would defend Seaforth and Assemi. Good luck with your defense and I think you've got a lot to defend. Below are just a couple of things that would worry me:

Assemi who thinks ABW had "non-depletion accounts"

Seaforth investment that has generated loss of $1,050,000.00

Seaforth and Quantum working to extract value from a 50 Million CD

I challenge you Hunter, post one fact of where ASSEMI have been found guilty of anything you have claimed so far. Post a real fact decided by a court of law and then I will listen to you. Until you can do so you are a sad person spreading gossip, looking into the world of other people and hoping that enough garbish printed will convert the dubious.

Huntershelper I will defend what i know you just surmise, you post what you hope will happen and forget to post the findings when they go against you desire.

As for whatdoyouknow, same old trash, the Court reporter, I thought u knew better, says a civil case normally leads to a criminal action. Oh for the likes of Michael Jackson and that great escapee OJ, should we also mention ENRON. Civil cases in our country sadly mean nothing, they are so many issued daily that even the courts have decided to review the reasons for issuances. .

A civil hearing is NOT CRIMINAL. Even a guilty verdict in a US court civil case, does not determine the loser as a criminal.

So far I have seen nothing from either of you to show that SEAFORTH OR ASSEMI are involved in a CRIMINAL case, just gossip,

SHOW SOME CRIMINAL ACTION or PROPOSED CRIMINAL ACTION, PLEASE

to date all u have shown is civil. civil actions are not a crime unless I am missing out on something

Finally, Huntershelper I declared my interest as an investor, you have somehow tried to avoid to disclose your interest? look forward to reading you declared position. considering the amount of post u make on a lot of topics., it should be interesting.

I got interested in CEC due to the CEC letter below which is making the rounds. Not too sure why you care about that but it has nothing to do with the details on CEC, Zarubi and Cedax (run across this one when looking at Let's Prosper Together, Carlton Press, and few others), Seaforth, Meriton, Roger Kipfer, etc. Instead of wondering about my interest, I think you'd be better off wondering about Seaforth and their investments -- Quantum and that 50 Million CD, Meriton and their claimed one year lock up of $7,750,000.00, insolvent 'Hartsfield Investment' to the tune of $1,050,000.00. Anyway, those are things I think you should be more concerned about then my 'disclosed interest (??)'.

I don't know why you keep going on and on about criminal charges. We both know that in the world of white collar crime that scammers can rob folks blind and never be prosecuted.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
CEC LETTER MAKING THE ROUNDS
If you are a CEC member you may have received an e-mail from the CEC Receiver. I suggest you get on the list from dropthecase@safe-mail.net for another perspective. Note that the SEC has apparently found no wrong-doing on the part of CEC as of this writing. A settlement was reached and no charges of fraud or other criminal charges laid. Dropthecase@safe-mail.net will provide you with the letters to write appropriate authorities to ensure you are protected and not abused in the recovery process. There have been some reports of harassment of CEC members and it is important that you know your rights.

I am a satisfied Seaforth Client. I have no problem in declaring my interest in this matter as an investor. Up to the commencement of the Investigation into CEC I have never failed to receive payment. Seaforth even to this day have been totaly upfront and honest in regard to their position.

My interest is purely financial and I am not ashamed to admit so. You, for some reason must have something to hide.

Again I ask what is your involvement on the situation.
Are u an investigator, or investor, or simply hoping to make some money from the collapse of CEC,? How did you come about the letter re CEC? Making the Rounds? Are u one of those hurt by CEC or are you connected to someone who has lost money with CEC? or just someone who attracts such letters? I am sure you have not yet come across a client who has lost money in the Seaforth transaction and prepared to stand by such a claim

A straight forward response as to your position would be much appreciated.

As regards my concern, revisit my post, I am up to date on all the info from the financial institution involved. I am not guessing the situation and am very comfortable with regard to the responses to hand.

finally, you state that as of writing ''the sec has apparently found no wrong-doing on the past of CEC and no fraud or criminal charges laid''

So where are the fraud or criminal charges pertaining to Seaforth, Assemi et al, that you seem so interested in pursuing. To my knowledge, the SEC have not ceased their action against CEC and that investigations are ongoing, but not with Seaforth as a defendant.?

MY REPLY
I didn't state that "the sec has apparently ..." other than it being in material I posted. And, I don't pursue criminal charges. That is something authorities do.

ABOUT EMAIL MESSAGE
You pick odd things to wonder about. I get a whole mess of email messages from a whole mess of sources. Stock spam, 419 spam, messages from investors, messages from anonymous senders asking about people and entities, etc.

INTEREST
I have no 'declared interest' in CEC other than my general interest in programs like CEC -- offshore MLM/Ponzi type program. When looked at material on CEC, found it interesting. Always wondered about Cedax, just as I wonder about several other offshore payment processing methods. Knew the name Assemi from posts at Diligizer. WorldPlaza is bugging me - think I've run across it but not sure why. And on and on and on. I can't believe you don't have some of my wondering when it comes to Seaforth investments, whether they've been paying out of not.

Don't you wonder what a non-depletion account with ABW is?

Don't you wonder about this 50M CD??

Don't you wonder about Meriton, who is involved, what they do, etc.??

With regards to CEC, don't you wonder how all these entities came to be involved and what they do??

Now that we are done wondering about me, hopefully since unrelated to CEC, here are some things wonder about.

What did Seaforth promise that attracted several million from Zarubi? In your case, I think from posts at Diligizer you have a long standing relationship with Assemi so that may be how you learned about Seaforth but how did Zarubi learn about Seaforth? And, if he was shopping around for an investment then why did he pick Seaforth?

I'm sure others besides myself know who is bending over backwards to stick up for Seaforth and Assemi. You keep trying to post his name and the thread will disappear. It really doesn't matter who sticks up for Assemi/Seaforth because investor's only need look as far as the details at the receiver's site. By the way, don't you wonder why this person invested in Seaforth??

Questions to finisk -- aren't you going to hit OBNR with a post or two about Diligizer regular(s)? That used to be your standard mode of operation when one of your buddies, like Assemi, got mentioned at Diligizer. It was off to OBNR to post your claims (bawaaah). So, why did you pick Seaforth? Could it be something to do with high yield and low or no risk??? Just something else wonder about.

whether or not I am, who you believe me to be, that is not the issue on this matter. All I have said is that you have not posted anything that is either final in its documentation or criminal. So that makes it non important. I have not seem one investor who can lay claim to losing money with seaforth supports your position. By your own admission you are not an investor. Would be interested to see someone who can claim they have lost money post.

As for the rest of what you posted, that is old news and I am quite satisfied from my documentation from the courts in New York that Assemi has been released from his situation there.

As and when you have news of any criminal charges which are made and/or proven then I will listen to your arguments.

As for Zarubi take that up with him.

as for me, I am happy with my returns from Seaforth and have no axe to grind and have no need to satisfy your thirst for info.

as for OBNR, you have been barred from so many boards you have had to start your own.

I can post what I want, where I want, always providing I am allowed.

as to the court reporter, axxium, the calico kid and all the new names you now use, new Diligizer board but looks like u control this one too.

By: There is an investigation!!

What do you call it when the receiver and people hired by the receiver spend hours and hours looking for funds? If investigation then that puts Seaforth right in the middle of an investigation, as in the investigation of CEC.

Sorry hunter missed your previous post. SEC do take serious matters where their name is being misused. The post was sent by lawyers in DC and they are instructed not to let this matter drop.

Like you i do not deny the use of several names when posting. I also agree that the topic of Healy has been discussed many times and is indeed old news.

My attitude with DII board is that it allows unsubstantiated gossip to be posted. i do not beef with you when you post facts and will most time agree with the facts.

If DII board does not force a substantiated reply from Blackbin then I will pursue my course of action. People can call me what they like, am not throwing rocks yet, believe me. I think you missed my point on UPE I fully agree with you on that matter and can provide many contracts and commmunications with regard to delays of payment on Brazilian bonds, and where people have still not got their money back.

However to make accusations of peoplefacing criminal action and investigation without supportive proof is not acceptable and the DII board must take responsibility for allowing such accusation be posted. I have read your posts for long enough, Hunter, and if such actions were even been contemplated you would have posted them.

Like I said people can post what they want provided they can prove it, or post court documents such as you do. Until then it is all BS and jealousy.

Oh, and one more comment to Frank. With all the things the SEC could be looking at and investigating, I'm going to cry if they are interested in what you claim to be sending them -- post by blackbin at DiligizerII. Please tell me you are kidding or that any such messages you send go straight to that trash icon.

FROM YOUR POST
"Like i challenged you on Dii board, prove your claim against the SEC, because I have forwarded them your posts and am coming hard after u Peter"

By: Hunter says not true ....

YOUR COMMENT
One thing you will find hunter, that there is no cases no investigations into Frank Clarke, Mazamet whoever, I do not hide under false names and have always been an open book on this or any other forum. So the challenge still exists Healy, put up or shut up, because this time you will not make a deal with the authorities to escape a well deserved holiday.

MY REPLY
Your comment about hiding 'under false names' simply is not true. Using different posting names at Diligizer was fairly common. I used a couple of different posting names until it got to be a big deal and folks started to associate (or expect) accurate public information from posts by Hunter/HuntersHelper. I really didn't see anything wrong with using different posting names until I realized how you and others were playing the Diligizer board. Deception is a very big understatement. I've got correspondence between yourself and others where you claim all kinds of things and state what names you use at Diligizer. Needless to say in the correspondence you missed some of
your posting names. So, I don't think that is a rock you should throw.

And I'm not sure the following statement is going to turn out to be a good one to hang your hat on. And, in my opinion your statement doesn't look any better for you then the glowing recommendation given Mr. UPE World Group/United Capital Reserve (see last edition of Offshore Alert for segment on criminal investigation involving United Capital Reserve).

FROM YOUR POST
"I have no hestitation in defending Assemi and Seaforth, clients I introduced have made money"

FEW FINAL COMMENTS
I'm not sure who blackbin is but the rock you threw is old news. Been hashed out at this board in a number of posts.

As for your comment 'once I attack the EZboard governors again he will be closed and this time permanently' -- hmmm, does that mean you don't mind using the board for your deceptive purposes but don't care to see your name mentioned? How surprising!!

As hunter said in reply to your initial post, is there any documents out there, no you are crying for help. She also stated there is no Diligizer/renner umbrella protection on this board. Pity when you changed the post on Diligizer II board you forgot to change this one. all too late now as we have submitted both to the courts.

By: Transcript CEC case - Doc. 192 filed 3/24/2006

COUPLE OF QUESTIONS:

Who is James Tucker??? Receiver seems to think Tanner but I wonder!!

Who is Von Sperling and why is Citigroup providing letters with regards to his account?? And why did Seaforth and/or Quantum and/or Meriton Overseas end up with letters?? Not sure about others but I'd kind of like to have one of these Citigroup letters -- might could hang it on the wall or something.

Link to Transcript of Show Cause Hearing in CEC case. Document 192 filed 03/24/2006.

http://www.alabamaagainstfraud.com/Hunter/HYIPCases/CEC192.pdf

The Transcript includes testimony by Larry E. Cook, the receiver who appeared on behalf of the SEC, and examination of John D. Friedrich, principal of Seaforth Meridian

SOME DETAILS AND NAMES MENTIONED IN TRANSCRIPT ARE:

James Catuzzi – general counsel for Seaforth

John Friedrich – managing director in charge of administration for Seaforth

James Tucker – founding and managing director or managing member of Seaforth; previously involved with John Friedrich in RFM Capital hedge fund through AB Whatley; introduce investors to RFM Capital

ACCORDING TO COMMENTS BY LARRY E. COOK

Zarubi was introduced to Seaforth Meridian by James Tucker in an e-mail to John Friedrich.

James Catuzzi, Clyman, and Alain Assemi of Seaforth met with Mark Zarubi who eneded up investing $9 million out of the Cedax Limited account at VEF Bank in Latvia.

James Tucker directed $100,000 and two $50,000 wires to go to Seaforth, and then he referred Mark Zarubi to Seaforth who, in turn, invested $9 million.

Funds were invested in Quantum Analytics and Seaforth Meridian. Friedrich indicated that Seaforth funds were in fixed income instruments being traded by registered traders physically located in the Bank of Scotland and at Credit Suisse.

Quantum Analytics is a company located in Glasgow, Scotland and is run by Ray Coia. Claimed to be engaged in currency trading.

Ray Coia had been banned from the securities industry in the UK for running a fraud scheme. Coia banned from the business in 2003 for fraudulent conduct for failing to provide records to the FSA and for making false statements to the FSA. Coia was prohibited from performing any functions in relation to any regulated activity carried on by any authorized person in the securities industry. Ban preceded the $ 6 million investment by Seaforth into Quantum Analytics.

Friedrich of Seaforth indicated under oath that this was a registered investment.

Neither Meriton in Switzerland or Quantum Analytics in Scotland have traders that are registered.

According to the Swiss Banking Commission, Roger Kipfer (of Meriton) has never been registered.

Letter from Seaforth with regards to October 15th payment of approximately $4 million stated “is located within the Bank of Scotland and will be forthcoming prior to the October 15th due date as we are proactively making sure that the positions are confirmed flat as of this week.”

A check with Bank of Scotland by cook determined that Quantum Analytics did not have the funds there and that Quantum Analytics closed their account at the Bank of Scotland on September 27th and transferred the remaining sum, 11,000 pounds, to another bank.

FEW COMMENTS REGARDING INVESTIGATION OF CITIGROUP

During his November deposition, John Friedrich stated that Citigroup had underwritten the investment in Quantum by providing a letter that was labeled proof of funds reserve notices and that Sir Mats von Sperling had on account at Citigroup something like 10 million dollars and that this letter was basically underwriting Seaforth’s $6 million investment in Quantum Analytics.

Testimony by Cook mentions an e-mail from John Friedrich and Assemi to William Pym, who is the director of the Citigroup private bank in Switzerland, stating that they had met with him and were trying to extract $4 million based upon the letter that they believed guaranteed the investment in Quantum.

William Pym at Citigroup has stated that the letters were never intended to be underwritings that could be drawn down on. They were simply a proof of funds that Citigroup issued the letter for its client, Mr. Von Sperling, that Mr. Von Sperling hasd those funds on account at Citigroup and that the funds would be held in that account for the specified period, which in the letter says 90 days.

William Pym has stated that the funds were never available to be drawn on and that even if the Quantum investment or any of the investments have went bad, that Quantum or Seaforth or whoever received the letter, would still have to file suit against the account holder, who is Mats von Sperling, and that they couldn’t come to Citigroup to settle that transaction.

FEW COMMENTS REGARDING MERITON OVERSEAS INVESTMENT AND CITIGROUP

Meriton Overseas letter signed by Kipfer, Clyman, Friedrich and Assemi, states that “Seaforth is released from their contract with Meriton as of today, January 19th, 2006.”

Instead of Meriton paying the money to Seaforth, they make reference to a Citigroup revolving underwriting of $10 million. With regards to claimed $10 million underwriting, Pym and legal department at Citigroup, stated that the letter is nothing more than a proof of funds and reserve notice, that the funds were being – on account for Mr. Von Sperling.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
