the following countries will accept US citizens as clients as of December,2008

1. Caymans, see FIBC bank

2. Bahamas, see Ansbacher bank

3. Denmark, see Jyske bank

4. Ghana,see Barclays bank

5. Monaco, see Martin Maurel Sella bank

6. Austria, see Privat Invest AG or Bank Gutmann AG

7. Hong Kong, see HSBC

8. Singapore, see Standard Chartered

it is difficult but there are still palces that accept Us citizens
