US BANKS to be banned from Prop trading

this bulletin from under OBAMA new regulations that will ban US banks that take deposits from proprietary trading ( i.e. trade their own accounts in forex, equity,hedge funds,etc). US banks will be more "Mom and Pop" type outfits with just savings accounts, checking accounts, mortgages and loans. or the old adage that bankers are 3-6-3 club members ( you pay 3% interest on deposits, your lend money at 6% and get on the golf links at 3 PM each day ). I think it will spur US citizens to go offshore to foreign banks taht are involved in that type of activity.esp. Caymans,Bahamas, Denmark, Hong Kong
