I have no direct knowledge of this case. however if these phony bonds are somewhere in the North Mid West( e.g. North of Kansas, like the Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan etc) ,they are probably close to the border with Canada. so to "move them" to eventual sale in the Third world countries, they shall be taken across the border into Canada . easiest access by Interstate roads is the Mackinaw island bridge into Canada from North Michigan.other border crossings along back roads from North Dakota, Idaho, Washington state, North Minnesota,North Wisconsin could also be tried. alert border crossing stations there to BOLO ( be on the look out) any suspicious passenger car or truck with bonds in a chest in the trunk, drivers may be Filipino or with Filipino passport. see also www.ezboard.com and the Yellow Board, high yield forum. historically phony bonds sold to investors in Venezuela. South America , someone wanted to track the seller and the authenticity of bond,. see also the diligizer board about this about 2-3 years ago. good hunting

$3,000,000,000,000 trillion 'face value' in counterfeit United States Federal Reserve Bank ( Dallas, Texas ) Federal Reserve Note Series 1934 interest bearing coupon bonds are expected to hit underworld markets soon this year ( 2010 ).

Three ( 3 ) color photographs of the 'mother box chest' and its contents can be viewed, at:

A Makati City, Republic of the Philippines barrister said he was trying to 'verify the legitimacy' of the 'chest and its contents', however private intelligence believes the chest is actually housed in the northern middle west United States that will make it difficult getting the chest and all its contents 'exported' from America to foreign destinations.

If anyone has information surrounding such it is suggested to contact their nearest U.S. Department of Homeland Security ( DHS ), Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) Special Investigations ( SI ) unit Special Agent In Charge ( SAIC ).

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
