I am a non USA citizen.Do I need a nominee director to operate an IBC?
I have had plenty offers to do the IBC formation paperwork for me.
But is that enough? What is the professional supposed to do for me?
What would an inexpensive professional fee cover, and what a top of the line would?
What can go wrong?
How about the IBC presentation to the Banks?
IBC´s Who controls them? The nominee director? The beneficial owner?
I want to form an IBC what want to have absolute control oh the funds.
Please explain the options as a non USA citizen.
My excuses for asking such basic and simple questions.
