Thanks for all that information.

I went through some of the Google stuff, PACER etc and that gave me a feel for the kind of deals they do but then the Barclays pub gives them high marks... Do you have any inisght or feeling one way or the other about this? It looks like they specialize in convertible debenture deals primarily. Are these the same things as "death spiral financing"? Please excuse my ignorance as I am pretty new to a lot of this stuff and I really appreciate your help.
