Were do we start - Yankel? Facing a law suit for $3.5 million -which he will have to pay and a retrial of his now infamos case with the State of Texas (See the Houston Chronicle) where he could be re-convicted and end up inside for 25 years, Barry is running around with his latest venture using countries and other good people to participate in his scheme caled Fight Against Tobacco Foundation (www.fightingtobacco.org). No doubt he will soon try to raise money - buyer beware!!! How many of these lawyers and capital market guys that he runs with are doing there due diligence? Who is Dusty Melton? Why is Terry Hunter a convicted drug man promoting a stock with Yank - is this for real? Would the Yankster rip of his dear old mom? This man who surounds himself with stars and celebrities, claiming to be a philanthropist and do-gooder is really only interested in one cause - isn't that right Yankle?

Yank - it's unlikely by anybodys imagination that Jay Gotleib would post claiming to be involved in a fraud with you - so stop it!. The editor of KYC NEWS has been warning people of your schemes (search the KYC library) for many years. We are sure that it is only a matter of time before Avi finds out who and what you really are.

It is being said that Terry Hunter is/was Barry's best buddy. He looked after Yank and Evettes house in the bahammas. However overheard from Billy Ierardi from a meeting with Terry in Frankfurt was terry saying all sorts of things about Barry. "Barry is bipolar, a fraudster, owing people money, cheating people, took 1 million from his mother to look after but uses it for himself, Vitapro is just a front is not a functioning company, the toboacco thing will never take off. Owes Terry money he uses Terry to pay his expenses, Terry had to borrow money from Joey to meet their expenses - the board for the tobacco deal has no talent etc...." These are his friends!! Guess Billy is concerned but probably into Barry for some coin - good luck

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
