The vast majority of account holders have nothing to fear. It is only those that set up dummy structures (tax fraud) that are at risk you big dumbo.
Swiss banking secrecy does not protect tax fraud.

to hide money anymore is difficult but look to ANDORRA or URUGUAY. that is if you could smuggle out the money in a suit case that US ICE would not see at the airport. that is if you could hide wire money transfers that report any amount over USD10,000
if you deal in contraband and have your own plane then probably you could do it with bribery of enough local officials.still for an ANDORRA account you have to buy real estate or show intent to buy real estate so that would leave a paper trial
if you try URUGUAY then travel to or from there would leave a paper trail
if you deal in cotnraband odds are either the bank will rip you off ( cf. Belize,BVI,Dominica) or your colleagues in the criminal operation will kill you within 5 years ( the average life expectancy of a drug dealer) so it really is very difficult to hide money anymore
