The court docket sheet is below. It does not indicate that a date has been set for sentencing, much less indicate that a sentence has been rendered.

By: Scumbag's Victim

The traders were:

David Ricci (Canadian with Costa Rican citizenship)
Ronny Salazar (Costa Rican with American citizenship)
Joseph Francis (American - Was arrested and deported on the Costa Rican office's raid)

I've heard all three are under investigation. I don't know if Ricci and Salazar are gonna be charged with anything but they're definitely as guilty as Curshen. I've heard Ricci now runs a whore house on the beach down there in Costa Rica and Salazar is laying low working as a clerk for Sykes. Francis of course is in jail back in the US.

Still what really amazes me is that Curshen's partners Lucia Shum, Denis Segura and Roxana Lao (Costa Ricans that became rich with Curshen and his scams) haven't even been mentioned anywhere. Those are the ones that really ran away with the money that was left and should've gone to us victims of their scams.

Word out there is that Segura - Curshen's CFO - Took off with at least $4MM that were recovered from Colorado's Intercapital Depository & Trust (AIDT) after it's bankruptcy process since Redsea had a big chunk of their funds deposited there (I wouldn't be surprised if Curshen himself is holding Segura's leash on this because I’ve heard Curshen’s wife all of a sudden opened a Casino on the beach after his arrest). Also apparently Shum left the firm soon after Curshen was arrested and is now recognized in Costa Rica as a millionaire real estate entrepreneur.

I'm glad that scumbag Curshen is getting what he deserves but there's also a lot fraudsters from the infamous Redsea that apparently are gonna get away with their criminal actions.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
