Not just a few shady Florida planners have used and pitched Julius Baer to their clientele for various schemes, so this should be particularly interesting.

it seems with the 60 Minutes TV show episode on Birkenfield,that the new "in" thing is to be a whistleblower and try to collect money by doing so. my guess is that there will be many,many more of these situations. it also seems that Swiss bank accounts used to be fashionable among the retirees in Florida
