in ALL these bank/insurance companies/trust companies collapses it's highly interesting for ANYBODY ordered by any court to act in any capacity to go on AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE

keep an eye on the "yearly accounts" they submit... hundreds and hundreds of thousands for rents/office fees/consulting fees/legal fees...

... all money that will never land were it principally should: in the pockets of all these funny shareholders and investors, who still invest their hardly earned funds into obscure offshore "banks"

good luck

I think people that were the victims of this scam should realize that in all likelihood THEY SHALL NEVER GET THEIR MONEY BACK. People also involved in the MADOFF SCAM in all likelihood shall never get any money back . if they do, it shall be a pittance of what they lost. Likewise for the Stanford/Antigua scam, they also shall not get any money. it is sad that people believe that there is a magic "sugar daddy" or "mr. fix-it" that can repair such scams. unfortunately there never is. it seems any money recovered goes to large creditors/banks or to the lawyers. The 'little guy' never gets anything. they should always remember the adage:'if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". Forget it. CAVEAT EMPTOR

The attorney for BankCrozier in liquidation, Mr. Sean Lewis hired by Garvey Lousion, failed to appear in court March, 23-2011 which have even more delayed the matter.
with RBTT Bank. The next hearing is scheduled to May, 16-2011. Let´s see if he shows up.

This, like many other important things, are of course not mentioned on the web site of Garvey Lousion even if he likes to state "Creditors are constantly updated by way of letters and in addition, any new information arising from time to time on in timely manner."

This is of course a lie. Mr. Louison. In addition, a report is to be filed ever six months in accordance with the orders from
the court. Perhaps needless to say, but this court order is broken over and over again.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
