Well it seems as if he is a jerk anyway but all in all the MB does seem to get a little low end i.e. sleazy at times. I am all for free speech but as long as it does not get trashy. A little housekeeping might do the trick every now and again as some things posted here just don't have a place. If one is going to tell the truth then do so but be the better person about it and maintain your stature and self respect. Don't drop down to the same level as the fraudsters and low life crooks.

I am sure it will work out in David's favor but perhaps posters should cut the crap and just get down to the nitty gritty without all of the mud slinging. Expose the scam artist or wrong doer but don't expose yourself as ignorant or uneducated.

Just my thoughts on how people should post.

Any idiot with a few hundred bucks can file a lawsuit, and Roland is certainly an idiot by any standard. Whether his lawsuit can survive immediate dismissal is another story, and Roland is certainly experienced in losing.

It's a wonder anybody takes him seriously, or that he could even find somebody to take his case.

Roland Bleyer, a.k.a. Roland Husner, filed a libel complaint against me and my company, KYC News, Inc., at Miami-Dade Circuit Court, in Florida, on March 8, 2011.

You can follow the case by going to http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/civil/Search.aspx and searching for 'Bleyer, Roland'.

Mr. Bleyer is complaining about messages that were posted about him by others on our message board.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
