This outfit use to advertise extensively in back issues of Fortune and Fortune Small business. I think they also use to advertise in Business Week and Forbes on occaision. If I recall it only makes sense to use them IF YOU ARE A FOREIGN NATIONAL living OUTSIDE of USA. other than that , if you are a US citizen, you may end up like the crowd that use to follow Jerome Schneider ( Tax havens, ad in airine magazines) he and colleagues were indicted in Los angeles a few years back. or end up like the old Invisible investor by Trevellian crowd that was a phony front for the chap who got indicted for phony freon arbitrage. the latter story appeared on this kyc message board a few years ago

Interesting article on Wyoming Corporate Services. Wyoming Corporate Services operates within law but looks like same isn't true for some clients who have purchased companies from Wyoming Corporate Services.

Anyone know more about past of Gerald Pitts? Name rings a bell and probably ran across it when checking corporate records but not sure.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
