I think the school district where Armstrong Elementary is located should offer a free class on investment scams and emphasize that "promised return rates of up to 100 percent" falls under the warning that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is!!

Too bad no one thought to check claims by suspects that they had "exclusive rights to sell AltaDena Dairy products at Disneyland, Walt Disney Co. hotels and other retailers."
