Federal prosecutors said in court filings Wednesday that they plan to issue additional, tax-related charges next month against three of Trevor Cook's associates who are awaiting trial in connection with his $194 million Ponzi scheme.

Case involved more than 700 victims ... invested more than $190 million

"The United States intends to present a Superseding Indictment adding tax charges against defendants Beckman, Durand and Kiley, on November 21, 2011. The income these defendants evaded or failed to report was generated, at least in part, by the fraud scheme," wrote Assistant U.S. Attorney Tracy Perzel.
