So one of the greatest swindlers ever pleaded guilty in june and agreed to pay a $3 million dollar fine.Yet it is now seven months later and he hasn't been sentenced.Given he is 74  and looking at heavy time,I would advise him to sing on every low life fraudster he has dealt with .The longer he goes without a sentence the higher the chance is he is singing.Be nervous boys, /WorkArea/threadeddisc/emoticons/happy.png

If anyone has any info on his plea and why its been so long since the plea and no sentence. Is interpol on this or have his past boiler room crimes been swept unde the carpet. At 74 and facing 20 years he is in the shit hole not matter what that cocky fraudster thinks.A great ending to a guy with bad carma comming his way.

Cayman Court Secrecy: A Huge Red Flag for Foreign Investors & Clients
David Marchant
As any fule kno, the biggest enemy of fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime is transparency, while their best friend is secrecy. That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
