Hello all,

I wanted to check if anyone may have some insight as to any direct ties that Commodities Partners Investments Limited may have to the Belvedere fraud.  Specifically I would be interested to learn if David Cosgrove, Cobus Kellerman and/or Ken Maillard are beneficial owners of the fund?

Any insight as to how the relationship between Commodities Partners Investments and Belvedere or its associated entities may have been structured is appreciated.

Thank you and best regards

That's why the unprecedented mass sealing of cases that's taking place at the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands is repugnant to anyone with a genuine concern for financial crime.
