Global Bank of Commerce creditor sues Antigua’s AG for ‘breaching contract to redeem $10M T-Bill’

Canadian Jack Stroll has sued Antigua and Barbuda's Attorney General after the local Government allegedly failed to honor an agreement to redeem a US$10 million Treasury Bill whose proceeds were intended to settle a debt owed by Antigua's oldest offshore bank, Global Bank of Commerce.
