Bermuda-based Griffiths & Wanklyn Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. and its principals, Julian Griffiths and William Wanklyn, faces a potential $1 million-plus liability in litigation in the United States.
They are third-party defendants in an action by third-party plaintiff American Professional Assurance Limited, whose principal office is at Marsh Management Services (Cayman) Ltd. in the Cayman Islands. APAL alleges negligent misrepresentations, fraudulent inducement, concealment, and breach of fiduciary duty in its third-party complaint.
